Seems like a great job, I do similar work. The 12-hour shifts offered seem a bit absurd, plus the W-2 (salaried) option DOES NOT OFFER ANY BENEFITS. Would have tried it, but had a bad feeling. Recruiters and HR are unable to answer emails, many questions, and recruiter was rude overall. Let alone in-house HR who never responded to 1 email.
