I answered this question firstly by saying I wanted to progress in my career, and that didn’t seem possible at my current company. One particular interviewer kept pushing, as if my answer wasnt succint enough. She made me feel very uncomfortable saying “but why?” over and over insinuating there was more to my answer, trying to get me crack. I found it very unproffessional and it was evident she was trying to make me feel stressed. In some way I felt pressured to say something I didn’t mean. It’s a shame interviews like this occur, especially knowing you cannot call out behaviour when it could effect your employment.
