I shared that as a newly licensed massage therapist, I was looking for opportunities to apply my clinical training in a high-end wellness environment. I believed Equinox’s brand aligned with professionalism, integrity, and a high standard of care — values I personally hold as a healthcare provider. I wanted to contribute to a team that respected client outcomes, therapist boundaries, and collaborative wellness. Unfortunately, the actual interview process didn’t reflect those values.
