This was a chance to show off my knowledge of the company's culture. The company is made up of a great mix of many different personalities and at its core, wants every personality and voice to shine through in the work produced. I told them I was just excited to get the opportunity to work for a company that is growing fast and still cares about each and every employee at an individual level. Also, the entire c-suite is comprised of extremely accomplished people in and out of the industry that willingly and openly speak to their employees every day.
