By working at LifePoint, I would be able to help fulfill its mission of helping to make communities healthier by fulfilling my goals of ensuring healthcare regulatory, compliance or operations matters are in accord with the law. My initial interest in healthcare law stems from my parents, who are physicians in the Nashville area. Throughout my law school classwork and work experience, I have gained exposure into a variety of fields including Medicaid fraud, criminal law, and securities fraud. My externship with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, working in their Medicaid Fraud and Integrity Division, helped solidify my interest in healthcare regulatory and compliance work. I am eager to enter the booming healthcare industry in Nashville as I begin my professional legal career and I would like to begin that journey with LifePoint.
