I told them I had invested in Insurance accredited memberships and passed Insurance based Qualifications to work in the Insurance industry and that Zurich was the UK's leading Insurance provider who regularly invested in staffing. I told them I had applied previously and had been unsuccessful but didn't receive any negative feedback from it. (I didn't tell them that they had interviewed me 4 times in the past 3 years and rejected me every single time!)
