I like to rank the work-unit line items. Then, I like to counsel the costs and tell them why they have failed as numbers in a budget. Then I'm really good at deleting line items, the 20% that had failed for some unknown but recently-documented reason. I excel at identifying new line items that will then be part of the next iteration of ranking. I fit this culture to a "t".
