I like to rank the work-unit line items. Then, I like to counsel the costs and tell them why they have failed as numbers in a budget. Then I'm really good at deleting line items, the 20% that had failed for some unknown but recently-documented reason. I excel at identifying new line items that will then be part of the next iteration of ranking. I fit this culture to a "t".

Answer:  Based on the job description It is a true  fit for me and  the requirements are very much alike what I do now but truly it is because of what the company offers in the form of upward mobility, continued industry education and that they are the leader in the industry. I would like to be a part of such a prestigious company and based on my career track know I can make a huge impact in the region that is open.  Furthermore, I have so far enjoyed all the people I have interacted with and that is very important to me.  Culture, people and reputation of company,
