I answered by stating that this would be my first job as a CNA and the experience I would gain would be substantial. I only have clinical experience and became familiar with the work at hospital and at a nursing home. Though comparing, I learned that I prefer the balance of a nursing home, specifically long-term unit, and the connections made along the way.
