Because I've been a part of this company in multiple capacities for the past 20 years and I am still passionate about the business, the culture, and the people. This brand is a part of who I am now and I would like to keep it that way. I believe that passion for what you do and where you do it is more valuable than an MBA. Lots of people with multiple degrees make poor decisions that can ultimately tarnish a brand. When you feel deeply connected to something, you will go to war to keep it close to your heart. That's how I feel about Chick-fil-A.
