There is probably no answer you could have given that would have convinced the interviewer. As you say, Uline is looking for a very specific type of employee. Alternatively, Uline is interviewing candidates for some clandestine reason for positions that it has no intention of filling.

I completely agree with Anonymous on Jul 31, 2015. Truly, there is some other clandestine reason that Uline is having all of these people come in for rigorous testing without actually filling the positions; probably something to do with the Republican party.
