I did not get an offer due to the fact I had more knowledge than the hiring managers. The talent is a joke with former CVS manager and micro manager with no experience. I also, worked for a more prestigious publishing company and know that one of the interviewers answered sales calls and was how a manager. Seasoned sales professionals in publishing should NOT apply, most I know have already jumped ship.
