I don't see how the glassdoor question "Did you get a job offer" is irrelevant, nobody is asking you to write a review the very same moment you get out of the interview room. You could wait until you find out if you got the job and then write the review including if you got the job or not. Duh!

THEY will not fly you to training unless you fly from a DOMICILE- LOL.   They selected a very unprofessional group for f2f. they seemed to prefer young females with little professionalism.   As an experienced make, I was astounded.

Why Skywest cannot fly you to interview · Answer

Regarding your "this is unheard of" comment... Skywest does not fly its own routes that's why they cannot give you a seat on a plane for an interview. Skywest own the airplanes and contracts the services but all the seats are bought by DL, UA, AA, AS that's why they can't give a seat for an interview. Only the main carriers can decide that and DL doesn't even give positive space to Skywest employees for training purposes (or any other reason) on Skywest operated flights.
