I applied 7 or 8 times for the cosmetic beauty counter and am fully qualified w/ lots of experience in cosmetics, they invited me to only 2 phone interviews and I even had ac$300 Professtional resume,cover,CV,& Professtional profile on LinkedIn made up, I worked so hard to find a beauty advisor job . But Macy’s after 2 separate cosmetic companies interview, I never got a phone call back to hire me, and I have no idea why, I was crushed. I was even telling them about there main beauty company, because how passionate of a beauty enthusiast I am . But they never explained why I didn’t get hired or what. I still don’t have a job and it’s 9 days from Christmas. They even said in applications that they don’t discriminate against criminal backgrounds but no one will hire me, because I have possession felonies from a while back, but theyre was no reason I shouldn’t of been hired, I’m even in 2 different make up artistry schools and still can’t get hired. So it’s just not fare , my past haunts me even after I try and not give up. Now my kids don’t have Christmas under the tree
