Would I mind working for a younger person.

Normally, I have no problem with that, but the person was brand new to management and had taken no management skills to speak of. The interviewer either didn't know or wouldn't answer my question about turnover rate; if I had known that the person was new to management and that the turnover rate was high, I would have declined the job. I tried a couple of different tacks to try and glean some information about my concerns, but got nowhere. The interview at the client site showed me that Experis person did, indeed, know the answers to my questions because the manager I interviewed with said that the Experis person had that information. I ended up taking the job because it presented a challenge, both in terms of the projects and in an opportunity to try and educate someone was to what a values and skills a manager should have - and, to that extent, I was successful.
