this is a sales position and if you aren't mature enough to understand that the "no"s are just as much (if not the larger part) of success as the "yes"s then you should probably not apply for this job. it doesnt help anyone if you're up and down like a yo-yo because "mary-beth" didn't want to switch her insurance coverage. its life on planet earth and its never anything personal so its silly to get upset about a no and think about it for 3 weeks
