I had a customer who was highly upset because her mobile cart had stop working in the grocery store, so I went and asked her did she mind if I'd allowed her to use ours. She than said yes and I went over and gotten one of our carts transferred all of her goods asked her did she want to charge up her riding cart while she shopped, she gladly said yes! and went on her way!
