This is a tough one at any company. You can't have no plans, and it looks silly to say you want to be CEO in two years. If I was interviewing you, and if you were a relatively inexperienced person, I would want to hear that you were interested in patient safety and healthcare quality (for reasons), that you wanted to build your technical skills, and possibly that you were interested in moving into a supervisory position at some point. You do not want to sound like someone who will stay for a year and then leave; you want to sound like someone who is interested enough that you might ("might" is OK) stay for the long haul. Note that HSAG does not have long career ladders and most people will only rise one or two levels -- say, from an Analyst I to an Analyst III. People who are smart, engaged, and show that they want to move up can do so -- I've seen it happen. And, FWIW, the people who move up are not usually the most educated or even necessarily the most skilled when they are hired.
