Well, I am a pretty analytical person who likes to pay attention to every detail inmersed in every single process, so I am very meticulous because I think that we can always improve every operation and/or every operative procedure, I love teamwork, I have the philosophy that every team member has to learn from each other, and the team leader has to permeate the pertinent knowledge on the group.
