this is either easy or there's a trap...sample space isn't well defined. Define: XX - girl XY - boy Possible outcomes from 2 births are: (XX, XX), (XX, XY), (XY, XX), and (XY, XY). Prob(XY, XY) = 1/4 or 0.25
