make sure you answer their questions. don't say you never had a mistake. don't act like your a superhero. they actually want you to blend in and not stick out if they are looking to eliminate just blend in and don't "play the game high" just be like yeah well I'm not perfect this happened but it all worked out. they don't like arogance
