While overall my experience at (blank) has been a positive and rewarding journey, over time I felt like my style of working did not align well with their style. In my role as Administrative Assistant, I was required to focus on administrative tasks while I would watch the team suffer. My skills were under utilized in Marketing, Team Development and Client Relations.
