Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on fragrance, skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products to enhance their shopping experience
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and makeup applications to educate customers on product benefits and usage techniques
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is attractive and well-maintained
• Utilize retail software such as Millennium and salon software to process sales transactions accurately through POS systems and handle cash or card payments confidently
• Upsell products by understanding customer needs, promoting new arrivals, and recommending complementary items to increase sales
• Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions, offering personalized advice, and ensuring a positive store environment
• Leverage social media management skills to promote products and store events, engaging with customers both online and in person

Qualifications

• Previous experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or retail environments preferred; cosmetology or makeup application skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
• Knowledge of social media platforms for marketing purposes; ability to create engaging content is a bonus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and time effectively
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with phone etiquette, cashiering experience, and cash handling proficiency
