Operations Manager – Salt Air 30A Bicycle Rental Company

Salt Air 30A is a locally owned, fast-growing bicycle rental company helping thousands of families enjoy their vacations along Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast. We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

No bicycle industry experience? No problem. We’re looking for a great leader first. Our experienced team will teach you everything you need to know about our bikes and operations.

This isn’t a desk job. Our managers lead by example, work alongside the team, solve problems quickly, and jump in wherever they’re needed. We work hard, have fun, and take great care of both our customers and one another.

Schedule

• Five days per week
• Typical hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required as part of the regular schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $55,000
• 12 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of our bicycle rental business
• Coach, support, and hold team members accountable
• Coordinate bike rentals, deliveries, pickups, and daily logistics
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Keep inventory, equipment, and operations organized and efficient
• Solve problems quickly and keep each day running smoothly
• Assist with basic bicycle maintenance and operations (full training provided)
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture

• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Enjoys working outdoors in an active environment
• Leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
• A willingness to learn. Bicycle knowledge is not required—we have an experienced team that will train you. We’re looking for a great leader first.
