Rebound Capital Group is a Florida based asset recovery firm. We help former homeowners recover surplus funds they are legally owed after foreclosure and tax deed sales. Most of them have no idea the money exists. Your job is to find them, reach them, and start the conversation.

About the role

This is a contact and locate role. You work from our company CRM, which is loaded daily with skip traced, pre qualified leads and has calling and email built in. You reach the right person, verify who they are, explain in plain terms that funds may be available to them, and hand the conversation to a senior recovery agent who handles agreements and everything after. Contracts, filings, and attorneys are all handled in house. You never touch the legal side.

What you will do

Make outbound calls to homeowners and heirs from pre loaded CRM leads. Send follow up emails through the CRM when calls do not connect. Follow up with secondary contacts when a primary number is invalid. Search county websites, dockets, and basic court records to confirm case details, with training provided. Dig through social media and public online sources when a lead is hard to locate. Flag high potential files for deeper research support from our team. Log every touch and outcome in the CRM.

What we provide

What you bring

Strong phone presence and real persistence. Experience in cold calling, phone sales, collections, real estate, or legal admin is preferred. Organized and self directed, able to run your own follow ups without being chased. Willing to learn public records and court search tools. Patient, because the files that pay the most are the ones that take the most effort to run down. Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong advantage.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with performance based compensation and no salary. Contractors earn a substantial percentage of the company recovery fee on every completed claim that starts with their outreach. Individual files routinely involve five figure surplus amounts, and earnings are uncapped. This role fits experienced contractors who want full control of their income, not applicants looking for hourly or salaried work.
