Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk operations. In this vital role, you will oversee guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth communication between guests and staff. Your leadership will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining efficient hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency
• Handle reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as AutoClerk and other hospitality reservation platforms
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest relations
• Maintain multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication with guests and internal departments
• Implement hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and compliance at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially AutoClerk or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse guest interactions
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services best practices
• Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred to handle high-volume guest interactions with professionalism
