Job Summary
Certified ADAS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, development, and ongoing evolution of our custom software platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a CRM, dispatching, routing, billing, reporting, and operations management system that supports our rapidly growing ADAS calibration business.
This is a hands-on role requiring both technical leadership and active software development. The ideal candidate has experience building business-critical applications from the ground up, managing software projects, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and creating scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Software Architecture & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom web-based applications that support company operations.
- Architect scalable software solutions, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Lead the development of our proprietary CRM and operations platform.
- Build and maintain features related to dispatching, scheduling, routing, billing, reporting, customer management, and field operations.
Project Leadership
- Work directly with executive leadership and department managers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage software development projects from concept through deployment.
- Establish development roadmaps, timelines, and technical priorities.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and development standards.
API & Systems Integration
- Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Build APIs and data pipelines to streamline business processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across multiple systems.
Data & Reporting
- Design dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools that provide actionable operational insights.
- Automate reporting and data collection processes.
- Improve visibility into company KPIs, technician performance, sales activity, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate current software tools and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Recommend and implement technology solutions that increase scalability and efficiency.
- Assist with future hiring, management, and oversight of additional developers as the software team grows.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full stack software development experience.
- Proven experience architecting and building complex business applications, CRM systems, ERP platforms, field service software, or operational management systems.
- Strong experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with API development, integrations, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to independently manage projects and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering software solutions that drive business results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building CRM, dispatching, scheduling, routing, or field service management platforms.
- Experience leading software projects or managing development teams.
- Experience working in fast-growing entrepreneurial environments.
- Local to Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85029
