Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to franchisees by answering questions and assisting with onboarding, operational resources, and marketing support.
• Coordinate, update, and distribute approved marketing materials, including locating templates and making simple edits in Canva as needed.
• Perform administrative support tasks, including email management, document organization, shipping, scheduling, and general office coordination.
• Assist with franchise onboarding by preparing and shipping welcome boxes, franchise manuals, and other onboarding materials.
• Reconcile financial records using QuickBooks and track expenses using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare, send, and manage documents through DocuSign.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure accurate records.
• Support company operations by maintaining templates, assisting with special projects, and helping improve internal processes.
• Manage monthly accounts and billing
• Meet with team members regularly on video calls

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, Canva and DocuSign preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using Canva to make simple edits to existing templates and marketing materials.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, resourceful, and committed to providing excellent support to both franchisees and the internal team.

Schedule

• 3–5 days per week

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
