Our insurance agency is looking to expand our Administrative program.

Straight up, our agency is busy. We are looking to hire UP TO 5 assistants right now. We currently have 15 agents and 12 assistants, and need more.

While most insurance agencies in southern California have slowed down or slimmed up due to this difficult insurance market, we have been crushing it. We hired 5 assistants last year and want to do the same (or more) this year.

Whats the office atmosphere like? Great question. "Live" is the best way to describe it. Wide open floor plan where assistants and agents work together every day to be the best unit out there.

Can't really describe it unless you come in and see it for yourself. We are not your old insurance brick and mortar.

You want to know about PAY...

• Our Assistants get raises almost monthly at this point. You will make probably $3-4 more an hour 12 months later.
• You also have the ability to get your license and sell if you would like to. Build your own little book of business. Other agencies do not do this. But we have assistants who make $800-1500 a month extra for helping out their friends and family. Your call.
