Digital Marketing Associate

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to help elevate our brand and accelerate our digital marketing growth strategy.
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and supports sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytic, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing CRM platforms and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across media platforms including Google and LinkedIn
- Manage marketing automation initiatives including email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, and CRM integration
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content development, campaign execution, reporting, workflow automation, and overall business operations
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics including ROI, lead generation, website traffic, and customer engagement
- Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility, organic rankings, and content optimization
- Manage and maintain company websites and social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Develop creative assets including digital ads, graphics, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign concepts, messaging, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Perform other special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative marketing, brand management, or related marketing roles
- Strong experience with media campaigns, marketing automation, and analytics
- Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in design and creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, website optimization, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI platforms is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across departments
- High attention to detail and strong project management capabilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must have an elevated level of diligence
- Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and independently
This is a Non-Exempt position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
