Advanced Technical Moving is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead local residential and commercial moving jobs throughout Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor.

This position is part-time to start with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as our company continues to expand.

Pay

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 person moving crews on local moving jobs
• Train and mentor newer movers
• Properly wrap, protect, load, and unload furniture and household goods
• Drive a 26-foot box truck to and from job sites
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Communicate with customers throughout the moving process
• Keep customers informed of crew arrival times and any schedule updates
• Collect customer reviews upon successful completion of jobs
• Complete jobs with minimal supervision
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements

• Professional moving experience required
• Previous crew leader experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck (non-CDL)
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lead and train inexperienced movers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
