Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing service operations efficiently.

Service Advisor or Manager experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs, Writing repair orders, organization, great communication and follow through with excellent customer service skills.
• Utilize knowledge to covey recommendations and recommend appropriate services.
• Manage service writing tasks, documenting customer requests and technician recommendations accurately.
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency in pricing for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership as An advisor is required.
• Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Experience in upselling services and products related to automotive repair.
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes and service writing techniques.
• Knowledge of various automotive systems including air brakes, alignment, suspension, tire services, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and auto body repair is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
