We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead our organization’s operational functions with energy and precision. Duties

• Lead and execute operational excellence initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and operational effectiveness.
• Manage business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and expanding market reach.
• Oversee large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise budget planning, forecasting, and financial management to optimize resource allocation and maintain fiscal health.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Provide executive-level leadership by managing senior teams, fostering collaboration, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget constraints.
• Conduct operational analysis to inform decision-making, improve workflows, and maximize profitability.
• Lead business management efforts including profit and loss analysis, operational audits, and performance metrics tracking.

• Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams effectively while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $90,670.80 - $109,194.95 per year
