At BOLT (Building Our Lives Together), we believe that social change happens when led by people with lived experience. We work to empower grassroots leaders to bring the change their communities want to see. We do that by supporting adult community leaders in accelerating their impact and working with public school youth to build a pipeline of leaders with lived experience. You are: Passionate about working with youth and helping them build leadership skills. Strong at facilitating youth-led conversations, understanding that your role is to guide, not dictate what youth should believe or do. A leader and can gain respect in a room. Wholeheartedly supportive of our young people and understanding of the experiences that may affect how they show up. Organized and have strong time management skills. A strong and detail-oriented communicator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early-stage nonprofit and make an impact.
