Responsibilities

• Arrange and hold collaborative meetings with clients to successfully gather project requirements.
• Collect and document clear functional and non-functional requirements to map out project scopes.
• Refine and update project documentation based on client feedback following presentations.
• Participate actively as a collaborative team member delivering projects within Agile sprints.
• Build Use Case diagrams and process flow diagrams to prepare comprehensive business requirement specifications and problem statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent foundational knowledge.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and how software delivery teams operate in sprints.
• Familiarity with creating visual process models, including process flows and use case diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting requirements and interacting with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
