Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in Psychology with a concentration in applied behavior analysis.

Three years of experience in a behavioral oriented program.

Eligible to sit for the BCaBA or BCBA examinations.

*Passage of the above exams preferred.

Clean DMV record.

DUTY STATEMENT:

The BCBA is responsible for the following functions:

• Develop, supervise, and evaluate behavioral program for clients.

2. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessment with all new clients.

• Conduct direct one-to-one consultation with each client individually 2 hours a month.
• Offer resources and information to care providers, service coordinators, and other client representatives.
• Develop, and evaluate behavioral intervention plans (BIP) as needed.
• Provide training (applied behavior analysis) to employees.
• Participate on the center multidisciplinary team as needed.
• Attend select client ISP meetings.
• Assist client with ISP goals and objectives.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Attend required trainings/meetings.
• Other tasks as needed.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
