**Job Description:**

Mark Their Words...Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Provide direct therapy and supervision of behavior technicians.

- Train and support families and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention plans.

- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain BCBA certification.

**Qualifications:**

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $85,249.00 - $90,708.00 per year
