We’re seeking a Private Equity Data Processing Specialist to streamline private equity operations through automation and advanced data processing techniques. You’ll employ Python, SQL, and Excel to manage large datasets, improve reporting, and develop AI-driven solutions. This role will position you at the forefront of our finance and technology initiatives—helping ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficiency in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate Data Workflows
• Leverage AI technologies, including LLMs, to automate data collection, cleaning, and processing for faster, more accurate outcomes.
• Financial Data Processing
• Manage and process large volumes of private equity financial data, ensuring timely and accurate updates to databases, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop Tools & Scripts
• Build and maintain Python scripts, SQL queries, and Excel macros to streamline data processing and minimize manual work.
• Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance
• Conduct data audits, monitor quality, and uphold adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
• Optimize Processes
• Collaborate with finance and investment teams to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation solutions for maximum impact.
• Documentation & Training
• Document processes and workflows, and provide training on AI-powered automation and best practices to ensure broad adoption and consistent performance.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience handling private equity, banking, or investment-related financial data is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
• Demonstrated experience with AI or automation tools (LLM experience is a bonus).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and deploy structured methodologies for resolution.
• Communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail
• Keen focus on maintaining data accuracy and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
