About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales and Distribution Director, Graymont is looking for a motivated Account Representative to support our regional portfolios across North America Central Region. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to launch a career in sales and commercial operations.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with customer accounts, support regional growth initiatives, and partner closely with Account Managers to drive commercial execution and operational excellence. With a clear development path, this position is designed to grow into a future Account Manager role, supporting our long-term succession strategy.

The successful candidates must be comfortable in an industrial/mining/manufacturing environment and be able to be near and around heavy industrial equipment and processes. They must also have a strong desire to learn the lime manufacturing process, the uses for lime and limestone by our customers, and drive potential new/future applications.
