• Pay: The hourly base pay range for this position in California is $38.00 - $45.00 . Please note that the hourly base pay information is a general guideline only. Airgas considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Extensive background in pumps, instrumentation maintenance, and mechanical cryogenic systems; proven ability to interpret technical documentation and troubleshoot complex production issues.

• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and a working knowledge of safety and environmental compliance (OSHA, EPA).

• Ability to adapt to a highly variable, mission-driven work schedule. Must be willing to shift between day and night operations on short notice to support critical testing windows and launch requirements.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required (typically 3–6 times per year).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior air separation or refining experience is a plus.
