The District proudly serves a dynamic and growing region of 160,000 residents across 100,000 acres, including Temecula, Murrieta, and surrounding communities. The District is well resourced and uniquely positioned to leverage a diverse operating portfolio consisting of a thriving Groundwater Basin, Treated and Untreated Import Supply, as well as administering the Santa Rosa Regional Resource Authority regionally managing wastewater in partnership with other agencies. Major upcoming initiatives include maximizing the nearly 50,000AF of storage in Vail Lake in combination with the expansion of the Groundwater Basin to reduce reliance on treated imported water.

The ideal candidate is inspired by the opportunity to lead the District's $300 million Capital Improvement Program through its entire lifecycle, featuring the District's first Progressive Design-Build and the Vail Dam Replacement Project. Work Schedule...
All full-time employees work a 9/80 schedule. Eligible employees may work a hybrid schedule, as determined by department needs.
