Sage Intacct Application Consultant (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support client software implementations, with a focus on construction industry clients.
• Apply both Sage Intacct expertise and construction-specific knowledge to guide customers through system configuration, financial workflows, and reporting needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
• Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is required, either in a consulting role or in a financial leadership position (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Location:

• Work from home.
• Midwest preferred with travel up to 20%.
