Seeking a smart, client focused, experienced Technical Support associate with a consultative mindset.

This is an in-office position in our Whippany, New Jersey office, although there is opportunity to WFH at times.

Responsibilities and Duties: As one of our associates, you will:

• Manage and support technology for our clients
• Assess client IT needs and issues
• Design and implement new and upgraded technology solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems (networking, cloud, M 365, server)
• Proactively advise, manage and maintain client IT infrastructure

Qualifications and Expertise

• Minimum of 1 year experience providing tech support OR working with technology in a business.
• Bachelors degree
• Expertise with Microsoft 365, including Office Suite
• Experience working with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and network switches and Wi-Fi devices
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows and Mac desktops and laptops
• Experience with standard IT support applications, including a variety of A/V, backup solutions, VPN and RMM solutions
• Experience with support ticketing systems such as ConnectWise

We’d also love to see some experience with:

• Windows server environments, including VMs, Terminal Servers, AD, DNS and Group Policy
• Security Technologies, including web filtering, encryption, etc.
• Azure Cloud
• Project management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
