Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in both residential and light commercial work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and communicates professionally with clients. We do clean work, keep clients happy, and get inspections passed the first time. Join a crew that takes pride in their craft.

Responsibilities

• Perform panel upgrades and service changes
• Run and terminate wiring for outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Install lighting, receptacles, GFCIs, and other devices
• Perform EV charger installations (Tesla, ChargePoint, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Read blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Interact professionally with clients and represent the company well
• Work independently and follow job schedules
• Complete and submit daily job logs and material usage reports

Experience

• 4+ years experience in electrical work (residential or commercial)
• Must have experience with EV charger installations
• Familiar with NEC codes and safety practices
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
• Strong client communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated and take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, or outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Journeyman or Apprentice License (state-specific)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Experience with smart home devices or solar is a plus
