All applicants must first submit an application for employment by email, fax or mail.

Driving history must be checked.

If the position requested is open, an interview will be set up.

All applicants must pass a physical and drug test before you can work at M&M, as we are a Tennessee Certified Drug free Workplace.

Apprentice Lineman

An M&M apprentice must have any previous experience properly documented if coming from another contractor or entity. The apprentice must be willing to learn and attend labs, and will be required to pass a test and M&M set criteria to advance in the apprenticeship program. All apprentices will be required to work at heights and climb. An M&M apprentice must at all times demonstrate safe working practices. Applicants for apprentice lineman must also meet the following requirements:

19 years of age

Must possess CDL license or the ability to obtain one

Leadership qualities

Willing to learn, listen, and apply knowledge safely

Must meet ongoing training requirements in a timely manner

Self motivated

Willing to work in all weather conditions

Must be able and willing to perform physical demanding labor

Must be willing to travel
