Position: Architectural Draftsman
Location: Wenatchee, Washington

Job Description:
As a member of the drafting staff at Complete Design, Inc., you will play a crucial role in assisting our architects, engineers, and land surveyors in the design and construction of a wide range of projects. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, turning conceptual ideas into accurate and comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, and details. Your attention to detail, technical proficiency, and creativity will contribute to the successful realization of diverse projects across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and documentation based on conceptual designs provided by architects and engineers.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate representation of design intent and adherence to industry standards.
• Generate 2D and 3D drawings, models, and visualizations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and reports.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Coordinate with surveyors to incorporate accurate land survey data into design drawings.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions, ensuring version control and accessibility for the team.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting and modeling software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in an architectural, engineering, or land surveying firm is a plus.
• Work ethic and desire to produce high-level uncompromised construction plans.
