Growing Construction firm is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator with DOT Compliance experience to assist with fleet compliance, transportation logistics, driver records management, and dispatch functions while supporting operational efficiency and safety initiatives to add to our growing team.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Work closley with Fleet Manager, operations, and leadership
- Assist with the implementation and management of Fleet Management Software
- Fleet dispatch and daily transportation scheduling
- DOT and FMCSA compliance management
- Driver qualification file administration
- Vehicle registration, licensing, and permit management
- Commercial driver record management and auditing
- Fleet inspection and maintenance documentation tracking
- Accident, incident, and safety record administration
- Transportation documentation and reporting
- Regulatory audit preparation and support
- Communication and coordination with drivers, supervisors, and management
- Problem-solving and route optimization to maximize utilization and productivity
- Fleet dispatch and daily transportation scheduling

- Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance monitoring

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
