• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of project delivery

• Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation

• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes and project reports

• Track project milestones and action items

• Review project documents, drawings, and submittals

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Assist in managing project schedules and budgets

• Support project closeout and turnover activities
