Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales within a technology or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales management tools, and territory management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in outside and inside sales environments, including remote (virtual) selling strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, product demos, and customer relationship building.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling, and deal closing efforts.
• Experience with lead generation tactics such as cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
