The Aspire After School Program is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and creative Youth Development Leaders to work with middle school scholars in our dynamic after-school program beginning August 5, 2026!

Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Program Assistant, Youth Development Leader provides direct supervision and support to groups of middle school-aged scholars during after-school hours in a structured, safe, and engaging environment.
Paid Training: Select days between July 27 – August 3, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:15 PM – 6:00 PM
Approximately 28–30 hours per week
Multiple school sites available
What You’ll Do
We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma
Must have one of the following
At least 48 college semester unit.
Ability to pass the District proficiency exam
Experience working with youth preferred
TB clearance required
Must pass DOJ/FBI background check
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively supervise youth
