1st and 2nd Shift Production / Packaging Associate $18-20/hr

What You'll Do

• Assemble boxes and prepare them for production.
• Pack finished products accurately according to order requirements.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defective items.
• Seal boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Stack boxes on pallets and wrap completed pallets.
• Move materials and finished goods using a pallet jack.
• Support machine operators by loading/unloading materials.
• Help ensure machines are stocked with the correct supplies and materials.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, production, retail, or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Experience with assembly, packing, picking, general labor, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Quality inspection experience is helpful but not required.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waverly, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
